- Freshers don’t have presumptions so they come up and fight challenges and try to change things. Whereas experience people are filled with the presumptions so they want to tackle things in routine way

- Fresher also be needed to get trained from the laterals as expertise is also required in business matters where it decisions are critical.
- Laterals have experience to deal with situations which could impact business.
- Laterals had been freshers at some point of time so they have the equal energy and ideas in past.
- Laterals are important pillar for consistent and smooth business executions.
- If only freshers will work in any organization than it will be like reinventing wheel every day.
Conclusion
- Freshers are very important for junior level where as laterals are required at higher level of projects. There should be proper mixed of freshers and laterals in every project.

Point: It is true that freshers have new blood,knowledge,technic but they have no experience toward the job so need of laterals is compulsory to guide them. in this situation we can't ignore laterals.

Point: I want to say that ,although the freshers have great zeal enthusiasm,as the word suggest freshers are fresh but laterals are also should not be ignored i.e. their experience should be utilized no task can be completed only with zeal ,enthusiasm only hence the proper combination of both freshers and laterals can result in maximum efficiency and successful completion of a task in minimum possible time..
