If you dont choose conventional(regular,usual) career it means you are choosing a Offbeat career.Conventional careers are engineer,doctor,teacher,government jobs etc.And offbeat career could be a script writer,or shoe designer.

Favor of Offbeat career

These kind of jobs are unique and give a sense of diffrence from the conventional job.

People who choose these jobs become critical over the time and they get responsibility for their work.

Value of people in offbeat job is more then people doing conventional job.

Lay off chances are less in Offbeat jobs as less options are available for employers.

Money is more in offbeat jobs after once you get the experience.
